American Red Cross Adult, Child and Infant CPR & First Aid: American Red Cross CPR teaches you to overcome any reluctance to act in emergency situations as well as to recognize and care for life-threatening respoiratory and cardiac emergencies in adults, CPR certifcation is valid for one year. American Red Cross First Aid teaches the knowledge and skills necessary in order to provide care in an emergency to help substain life and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until medical help arrives. First Aid certification is vaild for three years. You must pre-register by pre-paying a non-refundable $10.00 fee to cover materials. (Saturday, Nov. 7, Nov. 21, 8:00-4:00 pm
