Join us at Buffalo Park for a 60 minute fitness class for moms WITH their babies. Every class includes cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility work. All you need is a stroller, water & a mat or towel for ab work.
Stroller Strides is proud to offer the Luna Moms Club a FREE group for all moms- we have weekly playgroups, monthly Moms Night Outs and quarterly community service projects and educational topics.
